After 12 years of no cars, they’re finally back
KTM is back. 12 years ago, the KTM X-Bow was released and since then, they’ve been fairly quiet…
The Austrian car company and Europe’s largest motorcycle manufacturer is back with a 1,000kg, 600bhp monster from an Audi-sourced 2.5-litre five-cylinder petrol engine.
An initial batch of 20 cars will be available later this year. KTM will offer both GTX and GT2 versions of the car, with the GTX being the unrestricted model which will be intended for track day use only. The GT2 is still subject to final homologation, set to hit the track whenever they get the green light.
